Time to get tropical with this Tropical Moon cocktail! This fabulously frozen drink had me at 'cococnut rum,' but add pineapple and dark rum and you've got something that's truly tropical. Vanilla Ice cream makes everything nice and creamy and the Amaretto is just bonus. Get your flip flops on and enjoy!
How to make a Tropical Moon Cocktail
Grab your blender and add 1/2 cup of ice. Add 1 oz of Dark Rum, 1 oz of Coconut Rum and 1/2 cup of Pineapple (fresh or canned will do the job) with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. Blend it all up until smooth and pour into a high ball glass. Float 1/2 oz of Amaretto on top and garnish with a slice of fresh Pineapple before serving. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
