Tom and Jerry

If you like egg nog, you'll probably also enjoy a Tom and Jerry cocktail. Similar to egg nog, but served hot, this cocktail is a Brandy based drink made with eggs and either milk or water. Around the holiday season, you can sometimes find T and J mix at your local supermarket. Otherwise, use the recipe below to make your own at home.

Fabulous Cocktail Recipe

Start by separating an Egg and then beat the egg yolk and egg white separately. Fold these two together into a mug. Add 1/2 oz of Sugar Syrup (you can also substitute 1 tsp of Powdered Sugar) Add 1 oz of Brandy or Cognac. Add 1 oz of Dark Rum. Top off the mug with hot milk or hot water and stir. Garnish by sprinkling Nutmeg on top.
