This Tequila Sunrise recipe is a great cocktail, not just a great song. Prepared with orange juice, it's perfect to serve for brunch or any gathering with friends.
How to make a Tequila Sunrise Cocktail
| Start with a highball glass and fill it with ice. Add 2 oz of Tequila and then fill the rest of the glass with Orange Juice. Then, pour 1/2 oz of Grenadine in the center of the drink. Do not stir - as the grenadine sinks to the bottom, it creates the chromatic effect that looks a little like a sunrise. Add an Orange wheel as a garnish.
