I have a total weakness for cheesecake so there was no way that I could say no to a Strawberry Cheesecake cocktail! A touch of chocolate in a base of creamy vanilla garnished with strawberry liqueur and strawberries no doubt makes this frozen drink truly fabulous. Don't pass this one up!
How to make a Strawberry Cheesecake Cocktail
Start with your blender and add 1/2 cup of ice. Add 1 oz of Strawberry Liqueur, 1 oz of White Creme de Cacao and 1/2 cup of Strawberries (fresh or frozen). Add a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream and blend until smooth. Adjust the thinkness to your liking by adding a touch of Milk or a bit more ice cream. Pour your drink into a Collins glass and garnish by sprinkling Graham Cracker crumbs on top and adding a fresh Strawberry. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
