A Sloe Gin Fizz is more of a classic cocktail that is starting to make a bit of a come back. You might see recipes that include sour mix, but if you can, it's better to use real ingredients like lemon juice and sugar.
How to make a Sloe Gin Fizz Cocktail
Start with a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Add 2 oz of Sloe Gin 1 oz of Lemon Juice and 1 tsp of Superfine Sugar. Shake it and pour everything into a highball glass filled with ice. Top the remainder of the glass with Soda Water and serve. Notes from Norah: If this drink is a little too sweet for your liking, use 1 oz of Sloe Gin and 1 oz of Gin for a slightly different flavor.
