This Shamrock Shaker Cocktail doesn't have Irish whiskey or Baileys, but it's sprinkled with green and gold cake decorating dust to give it the luck of the Irish nonetheless. If you like creamy with a bit of coffee flavor, this could be the cocktail for you.
How to make a Shamrock Shaker Cocktail
Start with a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz of Kahlua, 2 1/2 oz of Milk and 1/2 oz of Amaretto. Shake it up and strain everything into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle the top with green and gold Cake Decorating Dust (this is not the same as sugar sprinkles - sugar will dissolve - the dust is edible, but sticks around for decorative purposes).
