How to make a Screaming Orgasm Cocktail
| Start wit a highball glass and fill it with ice. Add 1/2 oz of Vodka or Vanilla Vodka, 1/2 oz of Coffee Liqueur, 1/2 oz of Amaretto or Orange Liqueur, and 1/2 oz of Irish Cream. Fill the rest of the glass with equal parts of Milk or Cream and Soda Water.
