A Scotch Collins is a classic cocktail also sometimes called a Mike Collins or a Joe Collins. Simple and straight forward, this drink sports the flavors of scotch and sour. This classic cocktail should be a part of everyone's repertoire.
How to make a Scotch Collins Cocktail
| Start by filling a highball glass with ice. Add 2 oz of Scotch and then fill the glass with Sour Mix. Shake it up and splash with a little Soda Water. Add a finishing touch by garnishing with a slice of Orange and a Cherry.
