Made by the pitcherful, Sangrita isn't quite a cocktail, since it doesn't contain any alcohol, but it's the perfect chaser if you're doing shots of tequila. It's the perfect thing to add a little bit of spice to your next party.
How to make a Sangrita Cocktail
| Start with a large pitcher with plenty of room to mix. Add 12 oz of Tomato Juice, 6 oz of Orange Juice, and 2 oz of Lime Juice. Now for the spice - add 6-8 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, 5-20 dashes of Hot Sauce (depending on how hot you're feeling) a pinch of Salt and a pinch of Pepper. If you want to get fancy, consider adding any of the following: 1 1/2 oz of Grenadine, 1/2 cup of minced Onions, or 1/2 cup of minced Hot Peppers. Stir and chill to allow the flavors to meld and marinate. When you are ready to party, pour a shot of Tequila in one glass and strain your chaser into another.
