This Roasted Toasted Almond cocktail recipe sounds like it should be a hot drink, but it's actually part of my fabulously frozen drink collection, so grab your blender! Vodka, coffee liqueur and amaretto are the cornerstone of this cocktail, but what makes it great is that it's blended with vanilla ice cream - Yum!
How to make a Roasted Toasted Almond Cocktail
Start with your blender and 1/2 cup of ice. Add 1 oz of Vodka, 1 oz of Coffee Liqueur and 1 oz of Amaretto. Don't forget a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream and then blend until smooth. Add a bit of Milk or a bit more ice cream to adjust. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
