Do your part for the planet and save the rainforest - do your part for a friend and save them some of this Rainforest frozen cocktail! My favorite animals in the rainforest are those little mokey-like guys with the giant eyes (I think that they might be lemurs of some kind) and my favorite part of this cocktail is the cream of coconut and how it adds real coconut flavor and texture. I'm also a big fan of the little paper umbrellas - Cheers!
How to make a Rainforest Frozen Cocktail
Start with a blender and a cup of ice. Add 1 oz of Dark Rum, 1 oz of Melon Liqueur, 1 tablespoon of Cream of Coconut and 1 oz of Passion Fruit Liqueur. Blend it all up and serve with one of those fancy little cocktail umbrellas :-) Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
