Pumpkin Eater Cocktail Recipe

When they're talking about Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater, do you think that he could have been enjoying a cocktail instead of a giant pumpkin? I guess we'll never really know for sure, but if it were me I would definitely go for the cocktail!
This drink has a unique flavor, but not one that is distinctly pumpkin. The Irish Cream comes through as does the Amaretto, which gives it a tangy flavor. If you're all about pumpkin, consider adding a little more pumpkin liqueur when you mix yours up.
How to make a Pumpkin Eater Cocktail
Start with a lowball glass and fill it with ice. Add 3/4 oz of Vodka, 3/4 oz of Pumpkin Liqueur, 1/2 oz of Amaretto, and 3/4 oz of Irish Cream. Stir well and garnish with a Cinnamon Stick before serving. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
