Pina Colada Cocktail Recipe

Pina Coladas are probably among the most famous of frozen cocktails. Pineapple and coconut are the primary flavors of this delectable drink which how this frozen favorite got it's name. ("Pina" is Spanish for pineapple.) Another fun fact - it's the official beverage of Puerto Rico.
How to make a Pina Colada Cocktail
| Start with your blender and add 1/2 cup of ice. Add 2 oz of Light Rum, 2 tablespoons of Cream of Coconut, 1/2 cup of fresh or canned Pineapple. Blend it all until smooth. Make it thin or thick by adding a little bit of Pineapple Juice or a little bit of Vanilla Ice Cream. Garnish with a Cherry, a slice of Pineapple, and a cocktail umbrella for a finishing touch.
