PB and J was definitely my favorite sandwich as a kid, so I just had to try this Peanut Butter and Jelly Cocktail! It all starts with your blender and the best part is that it includes actual peanut butter and actual jelly, and of course a little alcohol! While the recipe below calls for grape jelly, the gold standard for grade school kids across the country, I found that raspberry jelly was also fabulous - Enjoy!
How to make a Peanut Butter and Jelly Cocktail
Grab your blender and 1/2 cup of ice. Add 1 oz of Black Raspberry Liqueur, 1 oz of Hazelnut Liqueur and a dash of Irish Cream. Next add 3 tablespoons of Peanut Butter (I'd recommend the creamy kind) and 3 tablespoons of Grape Jelly. Last but not least, add a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. Blend until smooth and adjust but adding a bit of Milk or a bit more ice cream. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
