This Frozen Peach Alexander drink recipe is well, just peachy! Summer is here and peaches are in season - it's the perfect time for peach pie and peach cocktails. Fresh peaches, peach schnapps and vanilla ice cream blend beautifully (literally!) with a kiss of chocolate, thanks to creme de cacao, to make this frozen drink. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach (would you even consider anything else?) and enjoy!
How to make a Peach Alexander Cocktail
Start with your blender and 1/2 cup of ice. Add 1 oz of Peach Schnapps, 1/2 oz of White Creme de Cacao, 1/2 Peach (fresh or canned, but fresh is best!) and 1/2 scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream and then blend until smooth. Adjust the thickness by adding either a bit of Milk or a bit more ice cream. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with a slice of Peach before serving. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
