What's black and white and frozen all over? A Panda Bear frozen cocktail! Start this one off with vanilla ice cream and a bit of vanilla extract to boot. Now that you have a beautifully creamy vanilla base, add a bit of Amaretto, white creme de cacao and white creme de menthe. When you prepare the cup, you can do swirls around the inside of the glass or stripes down the side. If you want your design to have a bit more staying power, freeze the cup after you prepare it with chocolate syrup and before you pour your cocktail. Cheers!

How to make a Panda Bear Frozen Cocktail


Start with a blender and 1/2 cup of ice. Add 1 oz of Amaretto, 1/2 oz of White Creme de Cacao, 1/2 oz of White Creme de Menthe, 2-3 dashes of Vanilla Extract all topped off with a school of Vanilla Ice Cream. Blend it all up until everything is nice and smooth - add a bit more ice cream or a bit of Milk to adjust. Swirl Chocolate Syrup on the inside of the glass and then add your drink and serve.
