There aren't many frozen Irish drink recipes, but Paddy's Girl definitely makes the list. Irish whiskey and Baileys Irish cream make this cocktail Irish to the core. Combine that with chocolate liqueur a little espresso and you have yourself a frozen treat that will have everyone saying that they're Irish.
How to make a Paddy's Girl Cocktail
Grab your blender for this one! Start with about a cup of ice, add 2 oz of Irish Whiskey, 2 oz of Baileys Irish Cream, 2 oz of Chocolate Liqueur, and 2 oz of chilled Espresso. Blend it all up and pour into a margarita glass. Garnish with Chocolate Shavings for a finishing touch and serve. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
