Moontini Cocktail Recipe

"Blue moon, you saw me standing alone..." Alone until I was sporting a Moontini, and then all of my friends wanted one too! Despite that it's blue in color, this drink is orange in flavor complements of the Blue Curacao in the recipe. If you slice and juice the oranges a little bit ahead of time, you'll be able to make drinks for all of your friends in no time at all.
How to make a Moontini Cocktail
Grab your cocktail shaker and fill it half way full with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz of Vodka, 1/2 oz of Blue Curacao and 3/4 oz of Orange Juice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. To garnish, slice an Orange wheel, cut a slit from the outside edge to the center, and then insert the edge of the cocktail glass into the slit. Alternatively, slice a thinner wheel from a small orange and float the wheel inside the cocktail glass. Either way, you'll have a full moon. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
