Mimosas are probably the classic cocktails for brunch. A great way to add a little something extra to your everyday orange juice, this drink is the perfect beverage for your next mid-morning get together with friends. Check out the recipe below to get started.
How to make a Mimosa Cocktail
| Start with a wine glass and fill it 3/4 full with ice, or forgo the ice all together. Fill the glass 3/4 full with Champagne. Add a dash of Orange Liqueur or Triple Sec for a little something extra (or leave it out). Top it off with Orange Juice (I personally would recommend little or no pulp). Add a slice of Orange for a finishing touch.
