How to make a Manhattan Cocktail
| Start with a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Add 2 oz of Whiskey. Add 1/2 oz of Sweet Vermouth (you can vary this according to your preference - use the notes above as a guide). Add 2-4 dashes of Bitters according to your liking. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or pour the drink, ice and all, into a old fashioned glass and serve it on the rocks. Garish with a single Maraschino Cherry for a finishing touch.
