Mai Tai Cocktail Recipe

The classic Mai Tai - whether you like yours fresh or frozen, either way is sure to be a tasty, tropical treat. This first recipe is for the fresh and juicy version of this classic cocktail.
How to make a Mai Tai Cocktail
| Start by juicing one medium Lime and add it to a mixing glass. Add a teaspoon of Superfine Sugar and a dash or two of Vanilla Extract. Next, fill the glass with ice. Add 2 oz of Dark Rum, 1/2 oz of Orange Liqueur, 1/2 oz of Orgeat Syrup and a dash of Orange Juice. Shake it baby! Pour everything into a highball glass and garnish with a slice of Orange, a Cherry, and a fresh Mint sprig. For a finishing touch, add a little Cocktail Umbrella!

| Start by grabbing you blender and add a cup of ice. Add 1 oz of Light Rum, 1/2 oz of Dark Rum, and 1/2 oz of Apricot Brandy. Add 1/2 cup of fresh or canned Pineapple. Splash with a bit of Sour Mix and then with a bit of Orange Juice (no pulp). Blend for about 5 seconds and pour into serving glasses. Top it off with a bit of Dark Rum and garnish with a slice of Orange and a slice of Lime.
