In my mind, this Kiss the Boys Goodbye cocktail is one of those that separates the men from the boys. Raw egg whites, while not for everyone, give this cocktail the frothy quality that only raw egg whites could. If you are remembering all those times that your mom told you not to eat the cookie dough because it had raw eggs and they would make you sick, don't worry - the alcohol kills most of the bacteria and any eggs that you're getting at the store are pasturized anyway. Besides, I know that you ate the cookie dough anyway, regardless of what your mom said!
How to make a Kiss the Boys Goodbye Cocktail
Grab your cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Add 1 oz of Sloe Gin, 1 oz of Brandy, 1/4 oz of Lemon Juice and 1/2 Egg White. Shake well! Strain into a chilled glass and serve. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
