A Jackalope often refers to an animal that is a cross between a jack rabbit and an antelope. In this case, it's a tasty rum based cocktail. Check out this recipe and others and start mixing!
How to make a Jackalope Cocktail
| Start by filling a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 3/4 oz of Dark Rum, 3/4 oz of Coffee Liqueur, and 3/4 oz of Amaretto. Add 3 oz of Pineapple Juice and shake it like you just don't care. Strain your cocktail creation into a chilled old fashioned glass and top with 1/2 oz of Dark Creme de Cacao.
