Is one Italian Stallion ever enough? I didn't think so either, that's why there are two versions of this fabulous cocktail. One is simple and straight forward while the other is a little spicy. Try them both to see which one is your favorite.
How to make an Italian Stallion Cocktail
Original Stallion
| Start by filling a old fashioned glass with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz of Scotch along with 1/2 oz of Galliano. Stir and serve.

Spicy Stallion
| Start with your favorite cocktail mixer and fill it with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz of Bourbon, 1/2 oz of Sweet Vermouth, and 1/2 oz of Campari. Add a dash of Bitters and stir. Strain into a chilled serving glass and garnish with a twist with Lemon.
