Martini's might not traditionally be Irish, but this Irish Martini puts a bit of a twist on an old favorite. Instead of gin, this recipe relies mainly on vodka with a bit of dry vermouth and a kiss of whiskey for a little luck of the Irish. Lemon is definitely the garnish of choice as olives or onions won't go so well with whiskey.

How to make a Irish Martini Cocktail

Start with a chilled cocktail glass and pour in 1/2 oz of Irish Whiskey. Use it to coat the inside of the glass and pour the extra out. Then, grab your cocktail shaker, fill it with ice and combine 3 oz of Vodka with 1/2 oz of Dry Vermouth. Strain everything into your chilled cocktail glass and add a Lemon twist for a garnish.

Enjoy responsibly with friends!
