Irish Eyes Cocktail Recipe

When Irish eyes are smiling...it's probably because they have an Irish Eyes cocktail in their hand! I gues the song goes a little differently, but if you like Irish Whiskey, this is a great choice. The cream mellows the whiskey a bit and the creme de menthe gives it a hint of mint. Serve it with a smile!
How to make a Irish Eyes Cocktail
Start by filling a cocktail shaker with ice and add 1 oz of Irish Whiskey, 1/4 oz of Green Creme de Menthe, and 2 oz of Cream. Shake it up and then strain everything into a an old fashioned glass. For a finishing touch, add a Maraschino Cherry to garnish. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
