Irish Car Bomb

An Irish Car Bomb is a floater cocktail dropped into a glass of Stout, traditionally Guinness. This drink is Irish to the core, using Irish Whiskey, Irish Cream, and Irish beer. It's great for St. Patrick's Day or any time that you're among friends.

Fabulous Cocktail Recipe

Make the floater by starting with a 2 oz shot glass. Pour 1 oz of Irish Whiskey for the bottom layer. Next, float 1 oz of Irish Cream for the top layer. Prepare a beer glass filled 3/4 full with Guinness and then drop the shot glass (glass and all) into the beer glass right before drinking.
