Grasshopper Drink

A Grasshopper drink can be made on the rocks or frozen and both versions are perfect dessert drinks. Green, just like everybody's favorite arthropod, this cocktail is truly a chocolatey, minty treat - perfect if you love mint chocolate chip ice cream.
How to make a Grasshopper Cocktail
| Start with a shaker and fill it with ice. Add 1 oz of White Creme de Cacao and 1 oz of Green Creme de Menthe. Add 2 oz of Milk or Cream and shake it up. Serve it on the rocks in a chilled old fashioned glass or strained. For a finishing touch, garnish with a sprig of Mint.

| Grab your blender and add 1/2 cup of ice. Add 1 oz of White Creme de Cocao and 1 oz of Green Creme de Menthe. Add a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream and blend it until smooth. Add more Milk or Ice Cream to your liking. Pour into an old fashioned glass and garnish with a sprig of Mint for a finishing touch.
