I don't know anyone who knows who doesn't love Girl Scout cookies and I have a feeling that you're going to love this Girl Scout Cookie frozen cocktail! This cocktail is for all of you out there that can't live without your little green box of Thin Mints. Personally, I like this drink best with peppermint schnapps and vanilla ice cream, but for a more authentic flavor, go with the creme de menthe with chocolate ice cream. Either way, this drink is the perfect way to curb your craving until next cookie season. Enjoy!
How to make a Girl Scout Cookie Cocktail
Start with your blender and add 1/2 cup of ice, 1 oz of Coffee Liqueur, 1 oz of Peppermint Schnapps or Creme de Menthe and a scoop of Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream. Blend everything until smooth. You can add a bit of milk or a bit more ice cream to adjust the thickness of your drink. For a finishing touch, garnish with some Chocolate Shavings or Chocolate Sprinkles.
