Start with a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz of Gin, 1 oz of Lemon Juice, and 1/2 oz of Sugar Syrup. Shake it up and strain it into a tall serving glass filled with ice. Top it off with Soda Water and serve. If you are feeling fancy, add a wedge of Lemon to garnish.
