If you enjoyed the Strawberry Blonde a few days ago, the Funky Monkey is pretty similar except that it's made with banana's instead of strawberries. Nice and creamy with a hint of chocolate thanks to the creme de cacao loaded with pleanty of fresh banana - it's time to channel your inner monkey!
How to make a Funky Monkey Cocktail
Grab your blender and add 1/2 cup of ice. Next add 3/4 oz of Rum or Banana Rum, 3/4 oz of White Creme de Cacao and 3/4 oz of Banana Liqueur. Last but not least, add 1/2 a Banana and a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream and blend until smooth. Adjust the thickness by adding a bit of Milk or a bit more ice cream. Pour into a high ball glass and garnish with a Banana slice before serving. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
