Vodka-45ml
Tonic water -60ml
caramel-star anise -20 ml
grenadine -5ml
Method
Pour vodka and caramel into the cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake it
Pour it in rock glass.
Top it off with tonic water.
Add a dash of grenadine.
Garnish with caramelized star anise
