The secret to a Dry Martini is all in the amount of Vermouth that you add. This classic cocktail can be made with either Gin or Vodka, but what makes it "dry" is the fact that very little Vermouth is used. Add your own signature to this drink by garnishing with either lemon, cocktail onions, or for those of you who love tradition, olives.
How to make a Dry Martini Cocktail
| Start by filling a mixing glass with ice. Choose between either Gin or Vodka and add 3 1/2 oz. Add 1/4 oz of Dry Vermouth. Stir with your favorite swizzle stick. Strain the drink into a chilled old fashioned glass or serve it on the rocks. Garnish with your favorite among Cocktail Onions, a twist of Lemon, or Olives.
