Coffee Alexander
Cocktail Recipe

The Coffee Alexander is a spin-off on a well established cocktail traditionally made with gin. Swap out the gin for coffee liqueur and you have the equally delicious option presented here. This creamy, mochalicious drink, like the original, is on the sweeter side, but is balanced with a bit of bitter from the coffee liqueur. It's another great choice to serve after dinner or with desert.
How to make a Coffee Alexander Cocktail
| Start with a cocktail shaker and fill it half way with ice. Add 1 oz of Coffee Liqueur, 1 oz of White Creme de Cacao, and 1 oz of Heavy Cream. Shake it up and strain it into a cocktail glass. For a finishing touch, garnish with a Starwberry slice (or two) or some Chocolate Shavings.
