What could be better than a Mudslide? A Coconut Mudslide! This recipe is very much like the original whith a few key changes. First off, switch out the vodka from the original for coconut rum. This next one is up to you - after researching quite a few versions of this recipe, some include chocolate syrup and some do not - you make the call - Enjoy!
How to make a Coconut Mudslide Cocktail
Start with your blender and 1/2 cup of ice. Add 1 oz of Coconut Rum, 1 oz of Coffee Liqueur, 1 oz of Irish Cream and a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. Blend until smooth, adding either a bit of Milk or a bit more ice cream to your liking. If you're a chocolate junky, feel free to add a bit of chcolate syrup too Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
