I think that the only time I've ever been in Zurich was in the airport, but with this Cafe Zurich cocktail recipe, I can have a taste of the alps no matter where I am. Anisette liqueur seems to be more French than Swiss, but in this case, it's what offers this drink's unique, licorice-like flavor. Don't forget the whipped cream!
How to make a Cafe Zurich Cocktail
Take your favorite coffee mug and add 3/4 oz of Anisette, 3/4 oz of Cognac and 3/4 oz of Amaretto. Fill the rest of your mug with your favorite Coffee and top your drink with Whipped Cream. Garnish by drizzling with Honey and serve. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
