When I found this recipe for Cafe Ybor, my first question was - who or what is a Ybor? It turns out that Ybor is a city in Florida near Tampa. Next, what is this Licor 43 business. Licor 43 is a Spanish liqueur and a blend of 43 proprietary ingredients, some of which are citrus and other fruit juices. So what is this drink like? Well grenadine and Licor 43 make is sweet while 151 proof rum make it strong - it's a good time all the way around - Enjoy!
How to make a Cafe Ybor Cocktail
Start with a coffee mug and add 2 oz of Licor 43. Fill with hot Coffee and stir. Top it off with Whipped Cream and garnish by drizzling with 151 Proof Rum and Grenadine. Add a slice of Orange on the side of your mug for a finishing touch. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
