Cafe Caribbean - it sounds like a lovely little coffee shop on a tropical island that opens early and closes up shop late. Maybe somewhere it is exactly that. In the meantime, this Cafe Caribbean cocktail will keep you warm. Start it off with rum, add a bit of Amaretto and finish off your mug with your favorite coffee. Enjoy!
How to make a Cafe Caribbean Cocktail
Grab your favorite coffee mug and add 1 oz of Rum or Vanilla Rum (or a 1/2 oz of each) and 1 oz of Amaretto. Fill the rest of your mug with Coffee and top it all off with Whipped Cream. Garnish by sprinkling with slivered Almonds before serving. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
