Take off for the Caribbean, if only in your coffee mug, with this Cafe Barbados cocktail recipe! Dark Rum gets you started with a touch of coffee liqueur. Fill up the rest of you mug with coffee and top with whipped cream. So many recipes garnish with chococlate sprinkles or shavings, but this one is topped with powdered chocolate - just a little bit goes a long way - Enjoy!
How to make a Cafe Barbados Cocktail
Start with a coffee mug and add 1 1/2 oz of Dark Rum and 1/2 oz of Coffee Liqueur. Fill the rest of your mug with your favorite Coffee and stir. Top off your drink with Whipped Cream and garnish with a dusting of Powdered Chocolate. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
