Bourbon Old Fashioned
Just because it's called "old fashioned" doesn't mean that it's any less hip today. A Bourbon Old Fashioned is a balance between sweet cherries, tangy oranges, and spicy bitters, all tied together with a shot of bourbon and a bit of soda water.
Fabulous Cocktail Recipe

Use a short serving glass and add a Maraschino Cherry, an Orange Slice, a 1/2 teaspoon of Sugar and 3 dashes of Bitters. Muddle these ingredients in the glass to bring out their flavors. Then, fill the glass with ice. Add 2 oz of Bourbon. Top it off with a dash of Soda Water and stir before serving.
