A Blue Heaven cocktail is indeed both blue and heavenly. Rum and pineapple juice gives this drink a tropical feel and the blue curacao is the secret to making it blue in color. Fabulously fruity, the drink is perfect for your next pool party or backyard BBQ.
How to make a Blue Heaven Cocktail
| Start with a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Add 2 oz of Dark Rum, 1/2 of Amaretto and 1 oz of Blue Curacao. Add 4 oz of Pineapple Juice and 1/2 oz of Lime Cordial. Shake it baby! Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. For a finishing touch, garnish with a slice of Pineapple.
