It's no secret that I love raspberries and black raspberry liqueur is what I love about this Black Forest frozen cocktail! Coffee liqueur and chocolate ice cream bring a bit of depth to this fabulously frozen drink and if you have fresh (or even frozen) raspberries on hand, I would throw a few of those in there too. Garnish with chocolate shavings and you're good to go - Enjoy!
How to make a Black Forest Frozen Cocktail
Start with your cocktail blender and add 1/2 cup of ice along with 3/4 oz of Vodka, 3/4 oz of Coffee Liqueur, 3/4 oz of Black Raspberry Liqueur and then top it off with a scoop of Chocolate Ice Cream. Blend it all up until it's nice and smooth, you can add a bit of Milk or a bit more ice cream to adjust the thickness. Pour into a highball glass and garnish with Chocolate Shavings or Chocolate Sprinkles before serving. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
