The Betsy Ross is a brandy-based cocktail named for one of our great female patriots. Just as good ol' Betsy's love for the United States was never shaken, this cocktail need only be stirred before straining and serving in a chilled glass.
How to make a Betsy Ross Cocktail
| Start by filling a mixing glass with ice. Add 1 oz of Brandy. Add 1 oz of Port. Add 1/2 oz of Triple Sec. Add a dash of Bitters. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass just before serving.
