Bellini Cocktail Recipe

The Bellini cocktail was born in the heart of Italy where it is still widely enjoyed today and often served for special occasions. The flavor from this simple recipe, having only two ingredients, comes from choosing those two ingredients carefully.
While there are many ways to approximate the same effect, using fresh, white peaches (or peach puree if white peaches are out of season) and Prosecco, a light Italian sparkling wine will give you the best results.
How to make a Bellini Cocktail
| Start with a champagne flute and drop a teaspoon of Fresh White Peach Puree (or prepared peach puree) in the bottom of the glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with Prosecco. (You can substitute another sparkling wine, but make sure it's on the lighter side.)
