A Bacardi Cocktail is a rum based drink that's a little sweet and a little more sour. So set up your lawn chair on a warm, summer day with this delectable drink in hand, close your eyes and you might almost just feel like you are on some far away island. It's the perfect getaway when you can't quite get away from it all.
How to make a Bacardi Cocktail
| Start by filling a highball glass with ice. Add 2 oz of Rum (Despite the name, it doesn't have to be Bacardi). Add just a dash of Grenadine. Fill the rest of the glass with Sour Mix and shake. Add a Cherry and a slice of Orange for a finishing touch - maybe even a little Cocktail Umbrella if you are feeling inspired!
