As memorable as the movie by the same name, American Graffiti is a rum based drink blended with Southern Comfort and Sloe Gin with a splash of sour and another splash of pineapple for a fresh citrus taste. It's a perfect drink to celebrate the last days of summer.
How to make an American Graffiti Cocktail
Start with a highball glass and fill it with ice. Add 1/2 oz of Light Rum and 1/2 oz of Dark Rum. Follow that with 1/2 oz of Southern Comfort and 1/2 oz of Sloe Gin. Squeeze the juice from a wedge of Lime. Top it off with equal parts of Sour Mix and Pineapple Juice. Shake it baby! Garnish with a slice of Lime before serving. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
