If you are any kind of mythology buff, you know that Ambrosia is the drink of the gods. If you are not, you know now! This one is a little more sophisiticated than your average shake and serve cocktail and would be a great choice for a dinner party or evening soiree. Congac and Applejack provide your main flavors and champagne makes it sparkle - Cheers!
How to make a Ambrosia Cocktail
Start with your cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Add 2 oz of Cognac, 2 oz of Applejack 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice and 1/2 oz of Triple Sec. Strain your drink into a champagne glass, fill the remainder of the glass with Champagne and serve. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
