A little bit of sweet and a little bit of sour and you've got yourself an Acapulco Cocktail. Light rum and a little bit of lime cordial sweetened with simple syrup makes a cocktail that's sweet with just a little bit of sass - so let's get sassy!
How to make an Acapulco Cocktail
Start with your cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Add 2 oz of Light Rum, 1/2 oz of Triple Sec, 1/2 oz of Lime Cordial (Rose's is a good choice) and 1/2 oz of Simple Syrup. Shake it up and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. For a finishing touch, garnish with a Lime wedge. Enjoy responsibly with friends! |
